Michigan is an American Ale strain which is perfect for hop-forward ales and IPA's.
It produces stone fruit esters for excellent fruit-forward ales when paired with citrus hop varieties for producing exceptionally balanced IPA's.
We highly recommend a Dry Ice Pack or two for your yeasts voyage OR for a short stay in our pick up lockers in the warmer months of the year.
