Our zafu is a crescent shaped meditation cushion with pleated sides. The cover is made of cotton twill fabric. The zafu is stuffed with buckwheat hulls and is adjustable with a zipper opening. All our zafus are double-stitched for extra strength and come with a carrying handle. Each zafu is approximately 15" in diameter and 6.5" in height and weight 5 lbs. Our crescent zafu makes sitting meditation easier on the knees and ankles. It allows you to bring the heels and feet in closer to the body while having broader support. This support helps you to tilt the pelvis which then allows you to sit with your spine straight. Made in USA.
