- Includes one 15 watt dimmable standard-medium base LED bulb for top light. Each side light takes one 60 watt maximum or equivalent standard-medium base bulb (not included).
- Foot operated cord switch with dimmer for top light and on/off button for side lights. Switch box located 5' from base.
