Simply slide the cone connectors over the top of the safety cones and attach the brightly-colored plastic chain. The distinctive visual barrier allows you to block off a larger area with less cones by spacing the cones farther apart. If a car does drive through the traffic cone chain, the chain will simply fall off the connector and no damage will be done to the car. The traffic cones are made of durable injection-molded PVC with a 14 x 14-inch base. The cone connectors and chains are constructed from high-density polyethylene with UV inhibitors to protect them from becoming brittle and can be used indoors or outdoors.
