The pendant includes a pink tube of water from the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes in Lourdes, France and a pewter finish St. Lucy medal. St. Lucy was a young woman from Syracuse who lived during the Roman Empire's persecution of Christians. She was a brave girl who didn't wish to marry and this was the decision that would cost her life. She is the patroness of the blind and those afflicted with eye troubles. This pendant is surrounded by a stainless steel bezel and comes with a 20 inch chain, with a large bale to make adding your favorite chain easy.
